Designed by Nina with a classic-contemporary feel, this Beverly Hills mansion is situated on 5 rolling acres in an exclusive private enclave of high-profile estates.
Extensive renovations included a professional chef’s kitchen, his and her dressing rooms/bathrooms, each with its own lounge area, and movie theater screening room dressed with luxe double chaise lounges .
A 3,500 sq ft guest house, basketball court, regulation boxing ring, a large pool area with multiple cabanas, and a golf putting green were designed for this active actor. The client requested a neutral color scheme in order to highlight an extensive fine art collection ranging from Old Masters to original Marc Chagalls, selected by Nina and Plush Home fine art curator, Linda Steinberg.
